Welcome to Langford Valley Barn Luxury 5* Gold Self Catering accommodation in the heart of rural Dorset. Langford Valley Barn, formerly traditional dairy buildings, was converted recently to create unique accommodation in an idyllic location. Now this luxury self catering accommodation can welcome groups of up to 8 people in four superb bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. Langford Valley Barn is situated in the beautiful, rural, peaceful valley of Sydling St Nicholas, however the county town of Dorchester is nearby. During your stay you will be ideally placed for exploring town and countryside alike.
We are lucky to be situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within Dorset. Nearby is the stunning Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site, and one of the major attractions in Dorset. It is the jewel in the crown of a diverse county offering many areas to visit and explore. Dorset is a county of contrasts and offers the very best of countryside, coastline, events and attractions, perfect for everyone.

The barn has a stunning large open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with exposed beams.
In the sitting room there is a woodburning stove (basket of logs included). Underfloor heating is also available throughout the barn therefore ensuring your extra comfort in the colder months. Both types of heating are available whatever time of the year you may choose to stay with us.
Two sets of French doors lead onto a beautiful south facing terrace. This spacious outside area creates an additional wonderful outside space and also includes garden furniture and a BBQ.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Deluxe Rangemaster cooker, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Includes a Tassimo coffee machine by Bosch suitable for Tassimo coffee pods.
In the Utility Room there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The Barn also includes a separate cloakroom with handbasin and W.C.
There is unlimited WIFI available throughout the property and there is a Freesat television in each room.
The accommodation is on one level with easy access for those with more limited mobility. There is ample parking adjacent to the property.
There are four double bedrooms all with spacious ensuite bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower, bath and heated towel rail. All the beds are zip and link so can be converted for your convenience to superking or twin beds if required.

The Garden To the front of the property set in a private paved courtyard is an outside furniture, kettle bbq and the summerhouse.
The Summer House The Summer house is next to the small lawned area and has table tennis and seperate drinks fridge.
