The Fishing Lodge sits on the astride the Sydling Brook and the Langford lake - the most ideal location for either relaxing away from the hub bub or a dream location for an angler.
Bed linen and hand towels are all provided (but please bring your own beach towels), as well as tea-towels and essential cleaning materials. A small supply of logs are provided, and additional logs can be purchased on request.
The lodge can be let on either a weekly basis, or at certain times of the year from a part week basis (either Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday). Changeover for weekly lets are on a Friday unless otherwise stated.

Living Areas
The Kitchen is well equipped with large fridge / freezer, range electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster and plenty of crockery. Includes a Tassimo coffee machine by Bosch suitable for Tassimo coffee pods.
The Living area is open plan to the kitchen room with traditional dining table with plenty of seating and soft seating facing the corner fireplace. TV with freesat and DVD player, 4G wifi.
Heating is electric radiators throughout the property.
Open log fires are able to be used in both the main living area and the covered veranda. A small supply of logs is provided with additional able to be purchased at the time if required.
WIFI and Broadband is available throughout the property and is provided via an unlimited 4G connection.

Bedrooms / Bathroom
Bedroom 1 is on the south side of the property with external door, twin / super king beds.
Bedroom 2 is on the north of the property facing the lake with twin or superking beds.
The bathroom is shared by both bedrooms and is centrally placed with shower, separate bath, wc and wash basin.

Outside
The Veranda is open on two sides but under cover and the most magical spot to spend an evening relaxing with an open fire next to the Sydling Brook.
Parking and access for plenty of cars on the gravelled drive.

How to book
The Barn is generally available for lets of 7 days, Friday to Friday, with the prices shown under the 'Pricing' tab on this page. It is also available from Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday at the prices also shown during low season periods.
Weekly bookings - Live availability is shown on the calendar so simply select your dates and complete the booking online or call us.
Long Weekends - For Friday and Monday bookings, whilst you can check the availability on the calendar above please call or send an email to request a booking - 07966 078970.
Check In / Check Out
The property will be prepared ready for your arrival by 4.00pm and we ask guests to vacate the property by 9.30am.
Payment Terms and Deposit
50% of the total booking fee is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your visit.
The deposit will be returned within 14 days of your stay and satisfactory handover of the property.
Paying in two instalments
If you select 'yes' to pay in two instalments (below the 'Add to Cart ' Button) you will pay half to confirm the booking on checkout now and we will send a reminder 1 month prior to arrival to pay the remainder.
