Cuvée de L’Ecusson Brut is Eldridge Pope’s sparkling wine of choice — a classic brut from Bernard Massard that balances elegance with genuine approachability. The bubbles are fine and persistent, the palate clean and structured, with a gentle freshness on the finish that invites you back to the glass.
Bernard Massard has been producing wines in Luxembourg since 1921. The Cuvée de L’Ecusson is their most celebrated expression, and it isn’t difficult to understand why. This is sparkling wine that doesn’t need a grand occasion to justify opening — though it rises to one without difficulty.
Serve well chilled at 6–8°C. Works as an aperitif, with a light first course, or as the main event when the occasion calls for something that feels properly considered.
